In my 30 weeks

wahhh...really?? time flies so fast...and I haven't realized that I have left this blog idle for more than a MONTH! heheh...nampaknyer azam post lepas utk kembali aktif pun xmenjadi...kuang3x..

I'm busy with so many things lately..esp when my boss is away for 2 weeks to perform umrah..I have to take over his responsibilities - even not 100% since there's a replacement for him which is also helping me to sort out things..

I got many things in my plate and i feel like vomitting now.. (ohhh..it's raining now outside..Alhamdulillah..rs sejuk cket)

Lots of things that i missed to update since my last post, esp about my little girl, Sofea Hana. She's growing up very fast, showing lots of development..gigi dah almost full, she can count from 1-10.. normally with us, she'll just count from 1-4..pastu dah malas kot nk layan kitorang yg asyik tnya benda same je..

She is talking and mumbling words i never heard before..hehe.. i love it, so cute!

And her favourite toys is...my husband's iPAD..huh! selalu berebut dgn abah n mak..n if i'm the one who's using the iPad..she'll just take it forcely from me, oh..not just like that...dia akan cakap 'Aceh' - stands for 'terima kasih'..huh! xjadi mak nak marah..hehehe.. but, if Abah yang guna, she wont do that..she'll ask for it, or she'll find another thing to offer as a replacement for the iPad - biasanya dia akan amik iPod n bagi kat Abah n cakap 'Nah!" dgn harapan utk mndapatkan iPad sebagai galang gantinya..heheheh...amboiii..

she know to say 'Aceh' when people hand her anything..and boleh jwb salam jugak...even just 'yam' jerk bunyinya..when i say 'Assalamualaikum' she'll reply with 'yam'..hehe..

oooohh...she sure know how to make my day! :)

macam dah lari topic pulak ni...cerita pasal dak tecit momot tuh pulak..hehehe...

so..back in track, Alhandulillah..i'm in my 30 weeks and 3 days today! wowwwwyy! macam xsgka kan?? heheh..kejapnyer masa berlalu...just another 9 weeks to go..dup dap dup dap..xsabar nk tgk my 2nd baby, at the same time, kecutttt nk mghadapi saat2 delivery...semoga dipermudahkan...Aminnn...

Salam Maal Hijrah 1433M - 27th November 2011 -> Me, as the Birthday girl

My birthday falls on the same day where all Muslim celebrating  new year.

1 Muharram 1433M -> 27 November 2011

What so special about 1 Muharram? Simple, it marks the beginning of Islamic year. Since I was a kid i always heard people said that on this day all of us will receive a new 'book'. A book which note down all our good/bad deeds along the year. So, last year 'book' will be closed and we'll have to be accountable for what we have done.

If you do a GOOD DEED, you'll get reward (JANNAH) from Allah in the hereafter, and vice versa.
Means that if your BAD DEED is greater than your GOOD DEED, you'll get punishment in Akhirah, nauzubillah..

So, pray that all of us will get forgiveness from Allah and we'll be among His lover in JANNAH..amin.

Knowing the fact that all of us will return back to our Creator, Allah and we are invented solely to worship Him it's vital for us (me) to improve my relationship with Him everyday and always trying our level best to be a good Muslim.

Literally, that is my resolution for this year.To be a GOOD MUSLIM.

Rasulullah said: "The woman who reads her five namaazes (perform prayer), fasts in the month of Ramadhan, protects her chastity and is obedient to her I husband; such a woman will enter into Jannah from any of the doors she wishes to enter from."

*In other words if she fulfils the basic Islamic duties upon (her then without great exertion in ibadah and worship she will attain lofty stages.

I will have to focus to these 4 points. So these are my checklist for this year.

I would like to elaborate more on 'OBEDIENT TO HUSBAND' based on what i read. Honestly, i really have to remind myself all the time about this one thing ( actually to ALL above, but this one thing I think i take it lightly. Not that i don't know that it's WAJIB, but i just take it lightly..a bad me! )

I knew that i'm not doing the best for my husband. As I can still answer 'nanti..lah', pull a face, throw a sulk and many many more (My husband can name it!ohhhh)..

oh..before i off, HAPPY 27th- BIRTHDAY TO ME! oh...how i love 27.

Goodbye October!

Has it been forever since I blogged on here? Nah, it just since last month.

Rainy October has left me with so many good things, my daughter amaze me everyday with her cuteness, smart & tricks. Husband is so supportive and caring as always. Both have suppllied me with the endless love.

OVERALL, things are GOOD.
  • Getting wet everyday back from office. That is GOOD, so that we can HOLD each other tight during the ride.
  • Buying orchids. That is GOOD, so we can see it blooms each time we open our eyes in the morning.(We bought 4 plants, and in the next day my MIL bought another 2, in total we have 6 pots in our house! One of them we put in our room, diff species than the rest since you cant expose it too much under the sun.So, your room is somewhat a perfect place for it. The other must have about 30% of lights, so we put them in our courtyard).
  • Start cooking everyday. That is GOOD, so we can save some money and spend more time in our home and having dinner together with a bigger family than just 3 of us.

That's the thing that I could remember right now.

Oh, but wait, on last 28th Oct, our lovely nephew, Little Syed Zahir Wafa, celebrated his 1st birthday. You have grown up fast, and now you are walking happily around the house. We are so happy looking at your development dear. May Allah bless you and may our loves will keep you warm everyday.

And now it's November. And it's still raining everyday.I believe many many more good things will come to us, just like October, and even better than that.

~Don't just live, must have sunshine and little flower~

Happy Mother's Day to Supermoms out there!

I should have posted this entry long ago, during Mother's Day - 8th May. This year is my first time celebrating this wonderful event. We didnt actually celebrate it anyway, but the feeling was there. Deep in my heart.

I'm truly touched looking at below picture..ohhhh dear...what a cute & solehah little lamb..

We were at Cherating on that day. It was in the early morning that we wrote Mother's Day wishes on the sand and send the picture to our mom.

yer...saya tau..muka belum mandi pagi...hehehe

the sun that shines above you makes the blue bird sing...

It's written as "HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY FROM SHAM, SHIDA, SOFEA"

Hopefully you had joy and serenity on your day as i did!

Spectacular 2011 - What's your new year resolution?

Happy New Year to everyone in this earth!  :)
(But, as Muslim we do not celebrate 1st Jan as New Year (Gregorian calendar), but 1st Muharram (following Hijrian Calendar) instead.

When we are talking about new year, most of us will relate to the new resolutions right? Well, same goes to me. And usually, I have trouble to set up reso for myself, or i'll just prepare the list of it & keep it alive only in the month of Jan...hehehe. So, is there an effective ways to set or write your reso to keep you motivated throughout the year??

Well, if you are like me, (having problem in keeping or remembering your resolutions), there are lots of templates/tools available in internet that you can use to write and keep track of your reso's progress. (Google is a good source for this). But before you dive into the tracker, make sure you have nailed down exactly what you want to achieve.

The idea is by using S.M.A.R.T acronyms - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely.
·         Specific – Say “Jogging for at least 2 times a week” instead  of “Exercise more”.
·         Measurable – Decide to “Celebrate husband’s birthday in a fancy restaurant” instead of “Find a better plan to celebrate husband’s birthday” .
·         Achievable - Set something which is possible for you to achieve.  If you are a degree holder now, don’t set to finish your pHD next month.
·         Realistic – Set something realistic based on who you are and what you have on hand right now to help you achieve your goal. “To win Malaysian Idol” is less realistic if you never won any singing contest before. Plus, the judges is going to the toilet while you are singing.
·         Timely – As this is New Year resolutions, set deadlines for each of you reso to be within this year. Deadline will help you pushing yourself to your target.
You have 24 hours a day & 365 days to complete your goal.

Below is some of mine that I can think of right now  :)
·         To enrich my English vocabulary – at least 2 words every day.
·         To write in English – at least once a day.
·         To hug & kiss my husband & baby (I wish they know how much I love them) – at least once a day.
·         To go for travel & vacation (we can only afford local right now) – at least once in a year.
·         To have healthier lifestyle – jog at least once a week, to put on moisturizer to my skin every day,  to go   for facial treatment once in 3 months, to avoid fast food as much as I can….

Whether we forgot or breaks the reso we have set for ourselves last year, it’s somewhat healthy and good to think that we are thinking to be a better person than what we are now. Nobody’s perfect and things won’t always goes your way. So, think of a resolution or two and Good Luck.

♥ My first pregnancy experience is wonderful! ♥

Hehe..it’s me in surau – 33 week 3 days. I just performed my prayer after 30 minutes of nap. I used to sleep in surau since last few weeks (or months?? I couldn’t remember exactly when my body start developing this habit).
Sleeping is the best medicine to sleep! (Luckily, my job understand me well) wink! wink!

Pic of my baby in her Week 32 - According to http://www.pregnancyguideonline.com/wk32.htm The baby is up to four pounds now and all five senses are functional. The toenails are completely formed and the hair on the head continues to grow.
I can't tell you how many times she kicks me everyday (btw, i'm so worried if she doesn't). So, keep on playing football inside my tummy dear, and remember to absorb all the nutriens in kangkung (is it swamp cabbage?? i dont know what it called in english.. .Nevermind.. potatoes & brinjals that mummy took during lunch. Wish that you'll grow healthily! But please dont be too big, otherwise mum will look so funny ;) wink! winK!
Talking about big size, suddenly it popped into my head about  2 more pieces of Domino pizza left on our table this morning. Maybe we just take that for dinner tonight.
Oh, btw, we ordered regular size pizza. Not big.
Lilypie Maternity tickers
Hmmm..now i'm counting days to become mum (i can't believe that i'll have baby soon!). So excited, who aren't right??  ;)  We did our last checkup on Tuesday, 11th Jan 2011 .At that point,  she have grown to almost 2kg, 900grams bigger than last 2 week check-up, wowwww! you gain weight so fast dear!!!  Happy Growing.
