Who says you have to get up from your bed to exercise??

 Seriously you don't know how???
It's OK, let me show you some simple steps.
First, take a deep breath..a very deeeeepppp one..inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale (repeat 8 times).This is to wake your body up & to keep your energy in check.

DONE?
OK, now you can start!

 Disclaimer : The trainer below  just join our club, please don't question the size of her body.


Step 1 : Snapping/ clicking your finger, the higher sound you can make, more calorie will be burned. And,Don't laugh! This is just a warm-up.


Step 2 : So, here's the hardest part.You have to move both of your hands and feet at the same time. Lift your leg high with your hand wide open, then move your hands upwards and backwards. Repeat this until you feel not doing that anymore for the rest of your life.

Note : You can do this without exposing your tummy. The picture shown is just a guideline. You can create your own convenient style.


Step 3: You must be damn tired at this point.So, here is just a simple step. 
Just press and press your tummy, to check whether it's full or you have to refill with some foods/etc. (mine is milk)


Step 4: OK, this is an optional steps based on your findings from steps 3 above. If you find that your tummy need to be refilled, then, please do. (Even a bus have a bus-stop!)



Step 5: This is my most favorite step. It helps to reduce the calorie under your cheek and neck.
Just by smiling.
A smile is inexpensive way to change your look. You may have lots of fat here and there, but by smiling, you'll look great!
